Understand without judging studying facial features for insights into a person's character.

The face is the area of our body where almost all our perception of the outside world is concentrated and it is also the mirror of the soul, since it reflects our inner world.

It has been shown that the face is the terminal of our neurophysiology and as a consequence we can see the behaviour of human beings with unmatched precision.

Morphopsychology is a wonderful tool that helps us to know ourselves better and enrich our personality; it helps us discover our possibilities and limitations, understand clearly why we think, feel and act in a certain way and thus, understand the conflicts, blocks and resistances that we use.

What is morphopsychology?

Morphopsychology is a human clinical science, which studies in a very precise way the character, the way of
knowing and understanding people, their aptitudes through the observation of the face and the elements that  compose it.

Morphopsychology starts from the postulate that there is a close relationship between the form of the human being and her inner life; the form reveals the inner being. It is a discipline that allows us to understand the laws that govern the relationships between forms and psychic life.

The concept of “morphopsychology” was born from its founder, Louis Corman. Since ancient times it has been known that there are reciprocal relationships between face shapes, personality and behaviour, intelligence and skills. Among the Egyptians, Chaldeans, Romans and even in ancient China

were already the so-called “face readers”.

According to the theory of morphopsychology, the human face is divided into three clearly differentiated areas. Those areas that stand out from the rest will give a taste of the person’s personality and temperament.

Why I use morphopsychology in consultations?

From a young age I felt a special inclination for the human face, both in the field of photography and in that of painting. Over the years this passion led me to study morphopsychology to apply it in therapy and as a Wellness Consultant, to help people understand what some features of their face say about their personality.

Morphopsychology is a very useful technique in all those professions in the world of human relations and contact with the public; it is a discipline that brings together sciences such as biology, physiology and psychology and enables us to interpret a person’s character, with amazing reliability and detail, from the observation of their facial features.

Morphopsychology is a wonderful tool that helps us to know ourselves better and enrich
our personality; it helps us discover our possibilities and limitations, understand clearly why we think, feel and act in a certain way and thus, understand the conflicts, blocks and resistances that we use. Knowing and understanding this we will be able to direct our life in a certain direction, increase our security, confidence. Above all it is a tool to UNDERSTAND AND NEVER JUDGE.

Face reading is known as morphopsychology in France. Dr Louis Corman wrote his first book on this subject in 1937. Morphopsychology helps the morphopsychologist to discern and understand human personality through face characteristics - the shape of one's face, its features. It is not necessary here to observe the movements of the face. On the contrary, the face must be quiet, it must not move. Watching methodically the face of people gives much information on what is the deep nature of this person and how life has transformed his/her personality.

Morphopsychology is based on this maxim : "Not to judge but to understand". That is to say there is no segregation, on the contrary it is used to help a person to know himself or herself better and have a life that corresponds to his/her whishes as much as possible.
